CNC PROS and AME Inc. Reach Acquisition Agreement

We are pleased to announce that AME, Inc. is now CNC PROS COLORADO, LLC.

We believe this acquisition combined with our Arizona and Colorado service, sales and engineering teams will result in a value-enhanced business proposition that will continue our efforts in leading the machine tool and automation market.

CNC PROS COLORADO is owned by Ray Beauregard Jr. and Cornel Loghin. Ray and Cornel are the owner/operators of CNC PROS, which is headquartered in Phoenix, Arizona since their launch on February 28, 2005.

The long-standing relationship between Ray, Cornel, and founder/President Dennis (Denny) Leonard of AME Inc., made the opportunity to expand CNC PROS into Colorado a very natural and logical one. Denny and AME Inc. offers decades of experience and success in the Colorado market.

Ray and Cornel’s cornerstone in service, and unique “after sales” lifelong support will now be available to all current and future Colorado CNC customers. CNC PROS COLORADO will continue the laser focus of bringing advanced manufacturing and automation technologies to the Colorado market. This alliance will bring the size of CNC PROS team from 10 to 16 and serve both markets better than ever.

What does this mean for AME customers?
